How to apply
Applications are submitted through the single-page application form on this website. Submitted applications cannot be edited afterwards, so please prepare the final versions of all information and documents.

Choose your category
Find the category that fits your project on the Award Categories page. Each application is evaluated in one category.

Prepare your details
The applicant's full name, email and mobile phone; for institutional applications also the organisation name, website, social media accounts and the contact person's title; project name (max 50 words), about the project (max 300 words) and any supporting organisations (max 100 words).

Prepare your project file
A single .pdf or .mp4 file describing your project; max 100 MB.

Fill in and submit the form
Open the form from "Apply for the Awards", enter your details, upload your file, give the consents and press "Complete Application".

Receive your application number
Your application gets a number (001, 002…) and a summary is emailed to you.
After this time the system no longer accepts applications. We recommend not leaving your application to the last day.
Which formats can I upload?
So that the jury can review every application on equal terms, files must follow these rules.

We recommend including your organisation and project name in file names. The presentation should let the jury understand the project on its own.
